1. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as vendors begin fulfillment.
2. Returns
2.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for returns.
2.2 Return Process:
- Contact the vendor directly via the information provided in your order confirmation.
- The vendor will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once the vendor confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
